Canada: New Brunswick Drivers Must “Move Over” or Face Fines
RCMP in Southeastern New Brunswick will be conducting a traffic operation today and tomorrow aimed at helping to keep emergency responders safe when they are working on our roads. Fallen Minnesota Trooper Behind 'Move Over Law' Remembered
The Minnesota State Patrol is remembering one of their own, who in his passing, led to safer roads for law enforcement officers. State Patrol Corporal Ted Foss was hit and killed by a tractor trailer during a traffic stop on I-90 in Rochester on Aug. 31, 2000. The truck driver was charged with eight misdemeanor counts, including reckless and inattentive driving.

Michigan: New Campaign to Urge 'Move Over Law' Compliance
A new campaign is being kicked off to remind motorists to use caution when approaching stopped emergency vehicles. State Police Director Col.
