VA Police Urge Caution Near Emergencies
In Virginia, it would appear that cars are breaking the Move Over law which requires drivers, if able, to move away from an emergency vehicle on the side of the road. If unable, the driver is required to slow down and pass with caution. It's a simple law, but one police say doesn't seem to be sticking in the public conscience.
