Castellano’s badge No. 6397 and is dedicated to his memory. On the sides of the vehicle are graphics to educate drivers about the “Move Over Law” that could have saved his life.

Florida's 'Move Over' Traffic Law Explained
According to Florida's Move Over Law, if you see flashing lights on the side of the highway, you must either move over one lane or slow down 20 mph below the posted speed limit.

Wayne Landriault shakes his head as vehicles speed by his tow truck parked on the shoulder of the highway with its flashing lights on. “I’ve been so close to being killed so many times,” said Landriault, a tow truck driver for Penticton towing and recovery. “This hits close to the heart, that is why I am out here on my day off lending a hand to the RCMP to help bring awareness.”
