• In Minnesota: Enforcement Efforts Of Move Over Law Increased

  Today marks 10 years since the crash that killed State Trooper Ted Foss. He was writing a ticket on the side of I-90 near Rochester when he was hit by a truck. The Move Over law makes it mandatory that drivers move a full lane away from emergency vehicles that have pulled to the side of the road.

  Ten years ago today, a Minnesota State Trooper lost his life in an accident. That accident near Winona spawned a movement to keep law enforcement and rescue workers safe when they're working along the highways.
