DRIVER WHO STRUCK, KILLED BSO DEPUTY CHARGED
A 22 year old Florida man who struck and killed 23 year old Broward deputy Ryan Seguin during the course of a traffic stop has been charged with driving on a suspended license, but won't be charged with vehicular homicide as prosecutors have concluded there is insufficent evidence to charge such a crime.
