New York: Heroic Effort by Tow Truck Driver Saves Local College Student

A heroic rescue from a tow truck operator saved the life of a local college student. They were stopped on the side of road at the Thruway early Sunday morning when a semi-truck almost hit them both. It was a very close call, reminding everyone of just how important the "move over" law is this holiday season.
