Minnesota "Move Over Law" Anniversary
Nine years ago Monday, Minnesota State Trooper Ted Foss died in the line of duty. He was killed during a traffic stop in southern Minnesota. A law was created after Foss' death, to make it safer for law enforcement and maintenance vehicles.
