Georgia Officers Crack Down on "Move-Over' Law Violators
53-year-old Catherine Cooper was killed Thursday night after hitting a deer in Burke County. As she stood on the side of the road waiting for a police report on the damage, a driver hit her car, then hit her, killing her. Officers say it’s the latest example of drivers not following a law to move over for emergency vehicles. But starting next week, they’re cracking down on violators.
