  • 'Move Over' Arizona Reminds Drivers to Use Caution Around Cars on Shoulder

    In the State of Arizona, if you're approaching that vehicle you are required to move over or slow down if you can't move over. The move over law began in Arizona back in 2005. At that point, drivers only had to move over for law enforcement and emergency vehicles. In July of 2011, the law was updated to cover all vehicles that were pulled over and had flashing hazard lights.
