Maryland: Driver Charged With Move Over Law Violation After Hitting Trooper’s Car On I-695
A Maryland state trooper is recovering after being involved in a crash on the Baltimore Beltway. The trooper is identified as Trooper First Class Christopher Hall, 28, a 10-year veteran assigned to the Golden Ring Barrack. Hall was injured by the impact and taken to Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries. Maryland: Near Death Accidents Prompt Move Over Law Crackdown
State troopers on the lookout for drivers in violation of the Move Over Law. This after several of their own have been injured by drivers who didn’t make room. Earlier this month, trooper Jacqueline Kline was nearly killed when she was hit by a car as she was assisting a fellow trooper on the side of the road.

Maryland: 'Move Over' Campaign Nets 1,400 Traffic Stops

Canada: New Brunswick Drivers Must “Move Over” or Face Fines
RCMP in Southeastern New Brunswick will be conducting a traffic operation today and tomorrow aimed at helping to keep emergency responders safe when they are working on our roads.
