NOVA SCOTIA: MOVE OVER FOR "COP LIGHT BLING"
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Nova Scotia hope a funny parody of Drake's "Hotline Bling" will get drivers to move over when they see flashing blue lights and emergency vehicles.
The "Cop Light Bling" video urges motorists to obey the local move over law. Like the similar law in North Carolina, it requires motorists to slow down and move to the furthest lane when passing a stopped officer.
The PSA features lines like "You sped past my cruiser... you nearly hit my leg."
