Iowa: Drivers, you face a $195 ticket if you don't do this
The Move Over law requires drivers to try to move over or at least slow down when approaching an emergency vehicle with flashing lights.
Those drivers that don't follow the law and are caught can receive a $195 ticket.
KCCI's Kim St. Onge is riding along with an Iowa State Patrol trooper to see first hand what they face along Iowa's interstates and highways.
Despite the law and seeing the flashing emergency lights, drivers continue to closely speed past the stopped trooper at full speed 70-80 mph.
