Wisconsin: Wisconsin State Patrol Law of the Month: Move Over

As we welcome 2015, Wisconsin State Patrol has once again named the Move Over Law as this year's first Law of the Month, asking drivers to move over, or slow down, when they see a vehicle in the emergency lane.
