Illinois: Senate Okays Barickman Bill Regarding Scott's Law

The Illinois Senate Thursday passed legislation sponsored by State Senator Jason Barickman of Bloomington to increase penalties for violations of Scott's Law, which requires motorists to change lanes or otherwise yield to emergency vehicles.
