Florida: Move Over Law for Tow Trucks
Many people don't know that a tow truck is considered an emergency vehicle. That means by law drivers are required to move over when they see one. But NBC2 Investigators discovered that's not happening. The last time you drove by a wrecker helping a driver in need, did you move over? If you did, according to the number, you are one of the few. If you didn't, you broke the law.
