"Move Over - Slow Down - Save a Life" - that's the message Florida law enforcers want you to hear as National Police Week begins Monday. It's a time when law enforcement officers honor and remember colleagues who paid the ultimate sacrifice serving their communities. Just a week ago, Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Chelsea Richard, passed away as a result of a deadly crash on Interstate 75.
