    A Maryland state trooper is recovering after being involved in a crash on the Baltimore Beltway. The trooper is identified as Trooper First Class Christopher Hall, 28, a 10-year veteran assigned to the Golden Ring Barrack. Hall was injured by the impact and taken to Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries.
