New North Carolina 'Move Over' Law Goes Into Effect Monday October 1
Beginning this week drivers will need to pay extra attention when hitting the roads, keeping an eye out for maintenance or utility work. A new state law goes into effect Monday adding that group of workers to the state's "move over" traffic safety law.
