New York 'Move Over' Law to Expand and Include Amber Lights

New York State Police are reminding people about changes coming to the Move Over Law. Starting Jan. 1, drivers will have to move into a passing lane not only for police cars pulled over on the side of the road, but for tow trucks, maintenance vehicles, or anything else with an amber flashing light.
