New York 'Move Over' Law Violation Nets 200 Pounds of Pot

New York State Police say the new "Move Over" law leads them to find more than 200 pounds of pot in a vehicle. Investigators say Milagros Nunoz, 37 and Zaida Santiago, 38, both from Springfield, Massachusetts did not move over as troopers were conducting a traffic stop on the Berkshire Spur.
