New Jersey Trooper Marc Castellano's Mother Honors his Memory and Promotes Awareness of the 'Move-Over Law'

Donna Setaro’s brightly colored SUV is both a memorial and a classroom. The rear of the silver Hyundai sport-utility vehicle has an oversized image of state Trooper Marc K. Castellano’s badge No. 6397 and is dedicated to his memory. On the sides of the vehicle are graphics to educate drivers about the “Move Over Law” that could have saved his life.
