In Massachusetts Drivers Not Following Move Over Law

Construction workers and law enforcement say too many people still don't understand the "Move Over" laws. State law requires drivers to slow down and pull over into the next lane when they see construction workers, a police officer, or a broken down vehicle on the side of the road. However those who work just off the highway say they're seeing too many close calls.
