New York Driver Charged With ‘Move Over Law’ Violation

A driver in Hudson has been charged with violating the state’s new “move over” law. On Thursday, a trooper was conducting a traffic stop on Fairview Avenue in Hudson when his right arm was struck by the side view mirror of a passing car.
