New York Investigators Look Into Causes Of Accident, Move Over Law May Have Been Broken

Investigators are looking into all possible causes of the accident that left a state trooper dead. Trooper Kevin Dobson was hit by an oncoming vehicle during a routine traffic violation stop. One of the things that will be looked into during this ongoing investigation is if the new "Move Over" law was broken.
