Indiana "Move Over" Violation Nets Drunk Driver

Indiana State Police say a violation of the state's "Move Over Law" lands an impaired driver behind bars. Troopers arrested 34-year-old Chad Swing of Frankfurt, Illinois, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated late Friday night.
