New York 'Move Over' Law Almost Here

New York state's new 'move over' law takes effect Saturday. The law is designed to protect law enforcement, fire personnel and emergency service workers - the law requires motorists to move over or slow down when approaching a parked emergency vehicle with its emergency lights flashing.
