Driver Almost Hits Illinois Sheriff's Deputies on Interstate 474

Last month there was a near miss on Interstate 474, one the sheriff's office says could have been avoided if the driver followed Scott's Law. Scott's Law is the Illinois law that requires drivers to slow down and move over when approaching any police car or emergency vehicle stopped along the road.
