New Hampshire Driver Fails to Heed Move Over Law

Even the recent emphasis on the state’s Move Over law wasn’t enough to keep a Manchester man from violating the law Wednesday morning, when he smashed into a construction vehicle on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
