Houstain Police Department to Crack Down on 'Move Over' Law

Police officers are mounting what they call an “educational campaign” to stop motorists from driving too close to parked emergency vehicles. The law against it has been in the books since 2003, but HPD is stepping up enforcement in the wake of 26 officer injuries during traffic stops last year.
