Virginia Law Looks to Protect Tow Truck Drivers

Virginia's "Move Over" Law now seeks to protect tow truck drivers. The existing law requires drivers to slow down and move over for police or rescue vehicle when they have their lights flashing. That law will include tow trucks and other vehicles with flashing amber lights.
