North Carolina: Risks of the Job: DOT and Highway Patrol Speak Out

They stand but a few feet from the highway.  Cars zoom past at speeds of over 60 miles per hour, but for the Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol officials, that's just anothers day in the office.
