Indiana 'Move Over' Law In Spotlight After Worker Death

Indiana's "move over" law is being stressed in the wake of a highway worker's death in the Evansville area.  Motorists are required by law to slow down and move when approaching construction zones or emergency workers on the side of the road.

Even media members in a construction zone are required to wear fluorescent vests to be more visible to drivers for the sake of safety.
