Minnesota: Washington County Road Worker Hit by Car, Expected to be OK
A Washington County public works employee hit by a passing car last week is expected to recover. The employee was part of a crew removing snow from a bridge over Browns Creek near County Road 5 and Minnesota 96, just north of Stillwater, on Thursday afternoon. He has no broken bones and does not appear to have a head injury.

New York: Woman charged under NYS’s Move Over Law
A Tonawanda woman was charged under New York State’s Move Over Law after crashing into the rear of a Niagara County Sheriff deputy’s patrol car on Monday. The deputy was conducting a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Wheatfield around 8:30 a.m., just south of Schultz Road, and had all of his emergency lights activated. Wolski was charged with failure to use due care for emergency vehicle stopped or standing, a charge created under NYS’s Move Over Law, as well as moving from lane unsafely

A Warren County police officer is in the hospital after being run into by a car that slipped out on ice along I-70. Missouri Highway Patrol said a Warrenton officer was checking out an accident that happened along I-70 at the Highway 47/ Warrenton exit when a passing car slid on the icy road and struck the officer.
