Missouri: Firefighter struck by vehicle on I-55 in serious condition

A firefighter was struck by a vehicle in south St. Louis Friday night.According to authorities, the firefighter was responding to a wreck and was getting out of a fire truck when he was hit by an SUV. The firefighters is in serious condition and is expected to survive.
