Nebraska: Trooper struck during traffic stop; condition unknown
Officials say a New Hampshire state trooper has been struck by a vehicle while making a traffic stop. Authorities say a trooper was struck early Sunday in the southbound lanes of the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Merrimack. There was no immediate word on the trooper's identity or medical condition. State police say the vehicle that struck the officer was a light colored Chevrolet Trailblazer. They're asking anyone with information to contact state police at 603-223-4381.
