Washington: State Police trooper's car struck, no one seriously injured
Officials say no one was seriously injured when a driver crashed into a Washington State Police trooper's car while he was helping another driver. The incident was reported on I-5 northbound at milepost 19 around 8 a.m. Thursday. Officials say the trooper was helping another motorist when a driver slammed into the patrol car. Luckily, no one was seriously injured.
Officials say they have responded to 10 accidents between Kalama and Ridgefield Thursday morning due to freezing fog and ice on the roads.
