Alabama: Firefighter struck in Grand Bay while working accident
A firefighter in Grand Bay was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 10 while attending to another accident early Monday according to MobileALTraffic.
The original accident occurred about an hour prior to the firefighter being struck shortly before 3 a.m. A source said that the firefighter has a broken leg and was taken to a local hospital.
Other witnesses say there were multiple vehicles in the area with flashing lights and cars in a ditch near the interstate.
