According to a Gainesville Police report, Oliver and Stone allegedly delivered 55 grams of methamphetamine March 2 to a Gainesville location.
“When confronted by law enforcement, the driver of the vehicle Christopher Ryan Oliver struck a police vehicle with the vehicle Oliver was operating,” according to the report.
Oliver is then accused of driving around the police vehicle and running away, according to the report.
The car struck was driven by a Gainesville Police investigator. The investigator and two other Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad were witnesses to the incident.
The car listed in property evidence was a 2009 Honda Accord.
