Maine: Trooper hurt after cruiser struck on Turnpike
A Maine State Police Trooper is injured after his cruiser was hit on the Turnpike Thursday afternoon. State Police say Trooper Ryan Keller was in the median in the northbound side of the Turnpike helping a driver who was stuck. Police say the driver of a truck swerved to avoid the stopped traffic and that Keller's cruiser was hit. Police say Keller suffered a cut on his head and that he was treated and released from Maine Medical Center. No one will be charged, according to State Police.
