Virginia: Motorcycle crashes into state trooper's car at crash scene
A Virginia State Police trooper's car was heavily damaged early Sunday when a motorcycle went off the road and crashed into the car parked at a earlier crash scene on Interstate 95 North. State police said a trooper was on the scene of a crash on I-95 around 2:20 a.m. Sunday when the motorcycle traveling north on I-95 ran off the road and struck the trooper's car. According to state police, the collision caused the motorcycle to catch fire. The motorcycle driver, unidentified by state police, was taken to VCU Medical Center for treatment, and the driver's condition is not known. State police said the driver was conscious when taken from the scene of the crash, however.
