Tennessee: Woman Whose Vehicle Seriously Injured Firefighter Is Indicted By The Grand Jury

A woman whose vehicle struck and seriously injured a firefighter who was directing traffic at an accident has been indicted by the Grand Jury. Andrea Leeanne Payne, 42, has been arrested by traffic investigators and charged with DUI, vehicular assault, leaving the scene of a crash, failure to render aid, and failure to maintain lane.
