New York: State Police: Webster Woman Hits Trooper's Car While Driving Drunk

A Webster woman is facing charges after State Police say she rear-ended a trooper's car while driving drunk. State Police say the trooper was pulled over to the side of the road on Route 104 near Bay Road in Webster just before 11 p.m. Sunday when his car was hit.
