Connecticut: Ansonia Firefighter Struck by Driver Trying to Steal Christmas Tree

An Ansonia firefighter was struck by a vehicle on Friday, driven by a woman accused of trying to steal a Christmas tree. Police said the incident happened at about 4:30 p.m. when a person tried to steal a Christmas tree from the Hilltop Hose Company.
