California: San Leandro Officer Struck By Stolen Car After Opening Fire; Suspect At Large
An officer broke his foot after opening fire on suspects in a stolen car in San Leandro Thursday morning. Police spokesman Lt. Robert McManus confirmed an incident occurred in the 700 block of Broadmoor Boulevard at 7:26 a.m. The officer was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
