Washingtion: Tukwila Firefighter Struck, Seriously Injured Responding to Crash

A Tukwila firefighter is hospitalized in serious condition after he was hit by a car while responding to an accident Saturday night. The firefighter was talking with the driver of the car that crashed near the onramp to northbound I-5 from southbound I-405 at approximately 5:50pm when a second vehicle smashed into the car and the firefighter, the Tukwila Fire Department said in a statement.
