Utah: Fourth Trooper Car Struck in Ten Days

Another Utah Highway Patrol vehicle was hit on the side of Interstate 15 on Wednesday night. It's the 4th trooper car to get hit in the last 10 days. The accident took place in Orem as troopers were in the process of clearing 4 separate car crashes. An SUV was rear-ended by a pickup truck which pushed the SUV into the trooper's car on the side of the freeway. The two troopers were outside of the car and were able to get out of the way in time and were not injured.

UHP officials are now reminding everyone to slow down, move over, and be careful.
