New Hampshire: Officer In Breakdown Lane Struck By Mass. Driver
A Massachusetts man has been accused of driving into a breakdown lane and hitting a police officer with his passenger side mirror in New Hampshire before speeding off. Police said 23-year-old Zachary Rowland of Pepperell, Massachusetts, was charged early Saturday with conduct after an accident, disobeying a police officer and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
