Ohio: Scuffle Leads to Chase: Officers Struck
Police said a patrol officer and a detective scuffled with a theft suspect inside the Home Depot on Tylersville Road shortly after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. "When they made contact with the individual inside the store, a scuffle ensued, suspect fled from the police officers across the parking lot," West Chester Police Captain Brian Rebholz said.
