Texas: Killeen Officer Hit by Fleeing Vehicle but Manages to Shoot Driver, Suspect Ffacing Charges

A Central Texas police officer was hit by a fleeing vehicle but managed to shoot the driver who was later caught. Killeen police say the suspect was hospitalized in stable condition following Saturday morning's incident. Police spokeswoman Tina Amerson says the officer was treated and released from a hospital. His name wasn't immediately released.
