Washington: 1 Hurt as Out-of-Control Semi Wipes out Jersey Barriers on I-5

One person was injured and a state trooper was nearly struck when a semi truck lost control and plowed through several concrete barriers on Interstate 5 near Southcenter Mall. The crash happened at about noon Thursday as the trooper and others were at the scene of a previous collision on northbound I-5 south of the Interstate 405 interchange.
